La Sportiva - Tx Guide Leather - approach shoe
TX Guide Leather by La Sportiva is the leather version of the very famous TX Guide, the most technical shoe in the TX Series line of La Sportiva. Perfect combination of split leather, suede for greater adaptability and nubuck, for abrasion resistance, is dedicated to technical approaches and climbing.
It was created for alpine guides and mountain operators looking for a high-performance, long-lasting product with a very captivating look. Versatile, light, it protects the foot and is perfect for approaching and moving on rocks: asymmetrical and advanced lacing, anti-rubbing loops on the toe and "overlap" tongue for maximum foot wrapping.
The Adaptable Fit shape enveloping for maximum performance allows at the same time excellent adaptability to all types of feet thanks to the elasticity of the skin. It is very stable at the tip and allows you to keep the edge when climbing.
The Climbing-inspired protective edge is made of lightweight PU-TECH Lite material.The sole / midsole package is made with a double EVA with shock absorbing compression on the heel and stabilizing on the forefoot: the front of the midsole is co-printed with a layer in TPU that acts at the same time as a stabilizer of the climbing zone, medial shank and rock-guard layer on the forefoot. The Vibram MegaGrip and Idrogrip dual compound sole is the perfect combination of grip and durability while the pronounced heel facilitates braking on descents and provides greater grip on climbs.
