The universal lacing, with both hooks (toe and heel) in thermoplastic material, finally allows you to attach crampons to all boots, even flexible ones. This is an excellent solution for classic mountaineering but not recommended, given the need for the most precise and stable attachment possible, both for technical climbing and for ski mountaineering.
