Purchases on MontainGear360 are guaranteed by the possibility of returning the product within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
You can make a return for any reason for example, wrong size, color, the product is simply different from what you expected.
All returned products must be shipped without damaging the content and its packaging.

The Customer Service colleagues will send you the information to make the return in a suitable way.

All products purchased on MountainGear360 only within 30 days and if not damaged or used and contained in their original intact packaging.
How to ship
Returns can be sent via your courier or through our GLS service (for Italy only). If you want to use our return service, indicate it in the request you will send us, we will send you all the operational information. Consider that this service costs 10 Euro, which will be deducted from the refund value.
Refunds procedures and timing
Refund management will be activated as soon as the return is delivered to our warehouse and verified for its suitability.
The timing for refunds is approximately 5 days and are typically made on the same payment system with which you made the purchase.
