The Defy was designed for the climber who wants a comfortable fit and does not require particular technicality. The vegan synthetic leather upper is perforated in the upper part to ensure breathability and maintain the shape of the shoe over time without expanding. The full-length 1mm midsole paired with a slightly asymmetrical toe profile will give you sturdy support for tackling vertical surfaces while supporting your weight on the crimps, as well as giving you enough sensitivity for your efforts on more supported walls.
